• Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 10 days of purchase. 
• Items must be returned in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label and with the label attached and not worn.

• You can exchange your order for a different style by returning your previous order.

Given that the customized pieces are handcrafted and designed to order, you cannot request cancellation and/or receive a refund and/or return and/or exchange any order, except if the order is lost or damaged during transit.
